Dacheng Dongguan Office Officially Opens for Operation

On September 19, 2024, officials from the Lawyer Management Section of the Dongguan Municipal Justice Bureau conducted a business opening inspection at the Dacheng Dongguan Office. In addition, they engaged in thorough discussions with key staff members of the Dacheng Dongguan Office regarding the development of the legal services sector and professional growth. The opening preparation for the Dacheng Dongguan Office complies with the relevant provisions of the Administrative Measures for the Law Firms issued by the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China. Therefore, the law firm successfully passed the acceptance and officially opened.

The acceptance team inspected the office area of the law firm, which is located on 51/F, Tower 2 Minying · International Trade Center No.1, Hongfu East Road, Dongcheng Sub-district, Dongguan City, with an office area of nearly 2,700 square meters. The office design is simple but inclusive. The publicly displayed information regarding service fees and lawyer licenses is accurately illustrated in compliance with standards. Functional areas are well-organized, including a Party building activity room, lawyer offices, meeting rooms, an archive room, a finance room, an administrative office, and a tea room. The acceptance team highly praised the Dacheng Dongguan Office for its outstanding facilities and design.

The acceptance team also carefully checked the internal management system, law firm practicing license, and other documents held by the Dacheng Dongguan Office and learned in detail about the management mechanism, staffing, professional ability, self-discipline management, cultural development, and information technology capability of the law firm.
