On September 19, 2024, the event series titled "2024 Autumn Meeting for Law Firm Leaders: Adapting to a Changing Landscape" officially kicked off at Dacheng Law Offices.
The event was initiated by China's renowned legal tech company Fatianshi (China Contract Library), which invited key executives from law firms across the country to attend. Through the site visit, thematic discussion, in-depth exchange, and other activities, attendees jointly examined various issues related to the development of law firms. The event attracted over 30 key executives from law firms nationwide. On the first day, attendees convened at Dacheng to engage in meaningful discussions with Dacheng's lawyer, Director and China Region Board Chairman Yuan Huazhi, lawyer and Vice Chairman Wang Lihong, and lawyers and Board members Li Shoushuang and Tuo Wei. Together, they explored sustainable development strategies for law firms as the industry experienced profound changes.

Following that, Lawyer Yuan delivered a presentation on the theme "Sustainable Development Path for Law Firms with More Than Ten Thousand Lawyers." The in-depth exchange session was moderated by Chang Jinguang, the founder of Fatianshi. Attendees included Wang Lihong, Li Shoushuang, and Tuo Wei from Dacheng. In response to key and practical questions from other attendees, such as how to balance conflicts between specialization and management, conduct scientific assessments of management effectiveness, attract and retain top talent, handle conflicts of interest, and achieve large-scale growth in a moderate manner, the three lawyers offered detailed and sincere answers grounded in Dacheng's real-world experience. They shared insights drawn from their management practices within a law firm with more than ten thousand lawyers, which resonated deeply with the attendees.
