On August 28, 2024, the 2024 Legal Industry Conference organized by the Hall of Fame x Legal Guru Club was held in Beijing. This event brought together legal executives from over a hundred prestigious enterprises alongside partners from several top law firms, facilitating face-to-face interactions where attendees shared experience and discussed potential collaborations. In the parallel sub-forum, attendees focused on three topics, namely the Legal Challenges and Opportunities Facing Chinese Enterprises during Globalization, the Solid Structure of Corporate Compliance Systems, and the Pioneering Explorations in Legal Service Innovation Empowered by Technology. Mr. Cai Kaiming, a lawyer and the Senior Partner of Dacheng Law Offices, and Ms. Yan Liping, also a lawyer of the firm, were invited to deliver keynote speeches during the session.

Leveraging his extensive expertise in international legal services, Mr. Cai conducted a thorough analysis of the legal compliance issues that Chinese enterprises may face in their globalization process and proposed practical solutions.

Ms. Yan shared her insights in the speech titled "An Overview of Building Effective Compliance Management System and Current Hot Topics for 2024". She introduced the "Three Lists" of compliance management required by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council of the People's Republic of China and the specific requirements for the development, execution, and effectiveness of compliance management systems outlined in the U.S. Department of Justice's Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs. Additionally, she provided a comprehensive overview of current hot compliance topics, receiving a warm response from the audience.

III. Evening Banquet and Awarding Ceremony

The evening banquet grandly presented multiple honors, including the law firm awards and individual lawyer awards from the 2024 Recommended List of Outstanding Lawyers and Law Firms by Legal Executives of Well-Known Chinese Enterprises.
