The "Lawyer Development in Zhenjiang for a Smart Future"—Dacheng Forum on High-quality Lawyer Development kicked off in Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province on October 26, 2024. He provided an in-depth analysis of current policies, economic conditions, and trends in asset prices, pointing out that the "bottom line" of China's policies has arrived. Regarding the economy, he projected that China would need to achieve a growth rate of approximately 5.3% in the fourth quarter to meet the full-year GDP growth target of 5.0%. He further fully shared his insights into various aspects, such as monetary policy, fiscal policy, capital market support, and the aging population. Additionally, he analyzed the market "bottom line", predicting the assets with the highest growth rate for 2024 and discussing the trends of the RMB exchange rate, gold price, the A-share market, the U.S. stock market, exchange rates, and the real estate sector. Notably, he emphasized that while real estate transaction volumes have increased, full stabilization will require more time.
