Dacheng Law Firms held a Successful Donation Contract Signing Ceremony to Support Public Legal Service Projects in Ecological Conservation Areas

On the afternoon of October 13, 2023, the donation contract signing ceremony of Dacheng Law Firms to support public legal service projects in ecological conservation areas was held at Dacheng's head office in Beijing. Lin Zhiwei, 2nd Class Inspector, Beijing Bureau of Justice, Liu Peng, Director of Public Legal Service Management Department, Gao Lingchun, Secretary General of Beijing Legal Aid Foundation, Yuan Huazhi, Party Secretary and Director of Dacheng Law Firm, Jiang Rongqing, Party Secretary and Director of Supervision Committee, Du Qingchun, Vice Party Secretary and Director of Management Committee, Wang Lihong, Party Member and Vice Chairman of Board of Directors, Zhang Zheng, Directors of Board of Directors, Ping Yunwang, Du Liyuan and Tao Wei, Party Member and Head of Public Legal Service Center Fu Yong also attended the ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Dai Xin, Vice Director of the Management Committee and Secretary General of the Management Department of Dacheng Law Firm.

At the ceremony, Dacheng Law Firm signed a donation agreement with Beijing Legal Aid Foundation, donating RMB 500,000 to support the implementation of Supporting Public Legal Service Projects in Ecological Conservation Areas. Director Yuan Huazhi said that to promote the rule of law and help the nation rejuvenate is the common dream of all legal persons, and to give back to the society by public welfare is the mission of the times for all legal persons. For many years, with the consciousness of a large law firm in the industry, Dacheng has strived to be a model in passing the temperature of law and jointly building the ideal of the rule of law by means of organized, normalized and coordinated public legal services.

On behalf of Beijing Legal Aid Foundation, Secretary General Gao Lingchun expressed thanks to Dacheng. She said that Dacheng Law Firm is a long-time public welfare partner of our association. In 2012, Dacheng Law Firm supported the rural public welfare legal service project of our association. Since 2018, Dacheng Law Firm has participated in the Western Lawyers Study Program public welfare project. Today, by donating to support the Supporting Public Legal Service Projects in Ecological Conservation Areas once again, all these embody its sense of responsibility and love, as well as its enthusiasm and perseverance for public welfare.

With regard to the development of follow-up projects, he put forward the following suggestions: First, unify understanding and raise the level. Make plans, and Make Practical Progress. Comprehensively plan public legal service resources as a whole, actively provide various legal services, and strive to improve the effectiveness of service. The third is to give full play to advantages of all parties, encourage and guide more social forces to participate in public legal services, and constantly improve the supply capacity of public legal services.
