Recently, the Dacheng Compliance Project Team, which was formed by the lawyer teams of Dacheng Beijing Head Office and Hefei Office of Dacheng Beijing Head Office, has provided services for the development of compliance management system to Anhui Great Wall Real Estate Group Co., Ltd.

Anhui Great Wall Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Anhui Construction Engineering Group, and a large state-owned real estate developer directly under the administration of Anhui Province. Anhui Construction Engineering Group ranks among China's Top 500 Enterprises, Top 250 ENR Global Contractors, and Top 80 Chinese Contractors for more than ten consecutive years.


This Project establishes a compliance management system in line with the management regulations and business characteristics of Great Wall Real Estate Group according to the overall requirements of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Anhui Province, and Anhui Construction Engineering Group and in light of the actual conditions of Great Wall Real Estate Group. The Project aims to integrate compliance, risk, internal control and law, and avoid the repetition of multiple systems. The Project mainly covers the establishment of compliance management system, which covers such mechanisms as the organizational system of compliance management, early warning of compliance risks, compliance review mechanism, compliance management assessment, compliance reward and punishment and supervision and accountability, etc.; sorting out risks in 12 key areas, namely, corporate governance, contract management, bidding procurement, anti-monopoly and anti-unfair competition, finance and taxation, labor employment, safety and environmental protection, product quality, gifts and business reception, investment management, project development and marketing planning, etc., and establishing a risk information database; and preparing special guidelines for compliance of bidding procurement, financing guarantee, engineering construction, marketing planning and labor employment, etc. Through this Project, the Project is to assist the company to establish a compliance management system with the characteristics of state-owned enterprises, which is characterized by a sound governance structure, complete management system, standardized working procedures and deep-rooted culture, and escorting the high-quality development of the company.

 

The Project is completed by the lawyers of Dacheng Beijing Head Office and Hefei Office through the cooperation, and is jointly headed by Yan Liping, a senior partner of Dacheng Beijing Head Office, and Zhang Meiling, a senior partner of Hefei Office. The Project Team mainly consists of lawyers Liu Qingshang and Yang Tianming, and assistant lawyer Tan Dongli, etc.
