Attorney of Dacheng Acts as 2022 Legal Counsel of China Railway Jiantou (Yancheng) Urban Development and Construction Co., Ltd.

Recently, lawyers of the Dacheng Law Offices signed a legal counsel agreement with China Railway Jiantou (Yancheng) Urban Development and Construction Co., Ltd., a global top 500 enterprise, in order to provide legal services for the comprehensive development and construction (infrastructure, etc.) project (investment + survey, design and general construction) of Chenbei Area of Tinghu District, Yancheng City.

Mr. Du Jifeng, a partner from Beijing Headquarters of Dacheng, and partners Mr. Zhang Zhiqin and Mr. Wang Chenlong, constitute the legal services team of the Project.

The project is located in Chenbei Area of Tinghu District and Sanying Yuanhe Area of Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, with an area of about 7.9 square kilometers. The total successful bid investment is about 9.94 billion yuan. The model of "Investment + EPC" is adopted for the development and construction of the project. The implementation contents mainly include: the early stage formalities within the project scope, relocation of buildings, land requisition, survey and design, renovation and construction of municipal roads, comprehensive treatment of water system environment, ecological landscape greening, public service facilities, etc.
