Dentons adds investment funds counsel in Hong Kong

Dentons Hong Kong LLP is expanding its investment funds practice with the addition of Simon Wong, as a Counsel. Simon focuses on financial services and investment funds, covering private equity, credit, real estate, infrastructure, venture capital, hedge and RMB-USD funds, representing both managers and investors. He was recognized as a “Next Generation Lawyer” for Investment Funds in Hong Kong by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific for 2017, 2018 and 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Simon practiced law at MinterEllison in Sydney and Dechert and K&L Gates in Hong Kong. He is qualified in Hong Kong, New York and New South Wales.
