Dentons advises on Shineroad International Holding‘’s Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board listing

On June 27th, 2018, SHINEROAD INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED (the “Company”) (stock code: 1587) was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. During the Initial Public Offering, the Company offered 170,000,000 shares, HK$0.75 per share, par value HK$0.01 per share, of which 10% was Public Offering Shares and 90% was International Placing Shares. We acted as the PRC legal counsel of the Company for the IPO deal and provided full legal service during the IPO process which included the red-chip restructuring, conducting due diligence, drafting the relevant Prospectus sections, providing legal opinions, and responding to the feedback from the SFC and the HKEx.
