Dacheng Defends Beijing Vision Strategy Technology Ltd. against Charge of Bid-Rigging

In March 2014, Dacheng partner Yin Xiuchao successfully defended Beijing Vision Strategy Technology Ltd. in Power Vision Technology Ltd. v. Beijing Hyundai Motor Company, Beijing International Tendering Co., Ltd. and Beijing Vision Strategy Ltd. against a charge over bid-rigging. Mr. Yin was retained to represent the company in November 2013.

By combining legal expertise and experience with knowledge in electromechanical engineering, Mr. Yin managed to convince the court that there had not ample evidence of collusive intention or behavior among the defendants that supposedly deprived the plaintiff of fair competition. Mr. Yin’s efforts were highly recognized by the client after the court ruled in its favor.
