Dacheng Provides Legal Service for Huinong Captial for its Strategic Investment in China Huarong

On March 13 2014, Beijing Huinong Capital Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huinong Captial”) signed an agreement with Dacheng to engage senior partners Zhu Zhongyou and Liu Yang from the finance practice as legal advisor in relation to its strategic investment in China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “China Huarong”).

China Huarong is bringing in strategic investors to prepare for its future listings at home and abroad. The two attorneys are responsible for conducting due diligence over China Huarong for Huinong Capital, a prospective strategic investor.

Huinong Capital is a professional private equity fund manager with extensive experience in agriculture and scarce resources investment, asset management and mezzanine fund investment. It is now running seven funds and over RMB11bn worth of assets.
