Dacheng Attorneys Play New Role of SME Private Bonds Trustee

In November 2013, a Hangzhou-based team of attorneys led by Zhao Chaopeng worked jointly with China Securities to assist Hai’an Broadcast and Television Information Network Co., Ltd. in RMB100mln worth of SME private placement bond issue. The issue has been registered and filed with Shanghai Stock Exchange and has completed fundraising as expected. For the first time, Dacheng attorneys would play the role of bond trustee on behalf of the holdersfor the duration of the bonds.
