On October 15, Shanghai Bynear Telesoft Co., Ltd. (“Bynear Telesoft”, Code No.: 430329) was successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”). A Dacheng team composed of Shanghai-based attorneys Wang Haifei and Yao Shen provided legal counsel for the new third board listing.
