Ministry of Commerce Chooses Dacheng to Serve on International Investment Legal Panel

Recently, at a MOC (“Ministry of Commerce”) project seeking legal service providers, Dacheng successfully won the bid to serve on a legal panel that would advise the ministry on international investment affairs.
 
The bidding, which was commissioned by MOC to China International Tendering Corp., was aimed at selecting capable firms to assist Chinese government in investment-related trade agreement negotiations and offer counsel on international trade disputes.
