On March 22, 2024, the Special Event of Financial Technology and Professional Services Industry — a series of activities for two-way investment promotion and policy publicity for "One Belt, One Road" initiative held by Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center was successfully held at Beijing International Hotel.

In order to promote the "One Belt, One Road" initiative and serve Beijing's cooperation with the world, Mr. Song, Mr. Wen He and Mr. Song, on behalf of Dacheng, actively participated in the selection of service entities of the comprehensive two-way investment service platform for "One Belt, One Road" (hereinafter referred to as the "two-way investment platform") by the Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Investment Promotion Center"). The Beijing Investment Promotion Center, Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Beijing Municipal People's Government, Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission and the Foreign Affairs Office of the Beijing Municipal People's Government are the management bodies of the two-way investment platform, with a permanent body established in the Beijing Investment Promotion Center to guide the platform service providers to carry out work, summarize and share the investment policies, resources and work results, and jointly carry out the work of two-way investment services.
