Mr. Zhang Jian is a senior partner of Dentons, a master's degree from Xiamen University, an EMBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, practicing at Dacheng Shenzhen office, the co-leader of the Corporate and M&A Committee of Dacheng, and the head of the Corporate and M&A Professional Group of Dacheng Shenzhen office.
