Huixiao HAN (“Han”) obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from Fudan University and a Master of Laws degree in UK. He was a director of Dentons China, a member of the Advisory Committee of Dentons China and a director of Dentons Shanghai, and now he is a member of the Supervisory Committee of Dentons China and the director of the Dispute Resolution Department of Dentons Shanghai.

He has built a solid foundation of legal theories. In the course of his practice, he has conducted long-term and in-depth research on the basis of claim rights, legal methodology, legal hermeneutics and other legal theories, and applies these theories to the actual dispute resolution of major, difficult and complex cases. He has been practicing since 1994 and has been practicing for 30 years. His main area of practice is commercial dispute resolution, and he has handled major disputes involving finance, real estate and construction, corporate disputes, disposal of non-performing assets and other fields.

Han has a wealth of experience practicing in the financial sector. The clients he serves include Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Bank of Communications, Bank of Shanghai, Ping An Bank, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, CREC, CCTAMC, BSAM, Zhonghai Real Estate, Zhongnan Real Estate, Rongxin Group, etc.

He has been an arbitrator of the Shanghai Arbitration Commission for a long time and an arbitrator of the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and Wuhan Arbitration Commission.
