In the past ten years, Ms. Zhang Ying has been experienced in the field of private equity and investment fund business, serving as the legal consultant of several large-scale private equity fund management institutions, and has been advising many large-scale state-owned enterprises in multiple cases regarding the registration of private equity fund managers and she also participated in the establishment, formation and filing of dozens of private equity fund products, including the formation of Chengdu Ziguang Integrated Circuit Industrial Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) and Chengdu Phase I Equity Investment Fund of Major Industrialization Projects Co., Ltd, etc.

Zhang Ying serves as the deputy director of the working committee of female lawyers of Chengdu Lawyers Association and other social positions. major projects：

Zhang Ying played the lead role on the significant deal “Chengdu Ziguang Integrated Circuit Industry Fund formed” which was listed as Deals of the Year 2019 by China Business Law Journal; the Fund has a total size of RMB 58 billion. Zhang Ying also led on the deal that her team provided full legal services to the establishment of Phase I equity investment fund of Major Industrialization Projects in Chengdu in 2020; the Fund has a total size of RMB 40 billion. In addition, Zhang Ying took the lead in handling several Capital Market projects with a target value of billions of RMB as the principal lawyer in charge of the project.

She launched her first publishment as chief editor in 2021, i.e. the book "Private Equity Fund Industry Compliance Management Practices - Operational Guidelines and Practice Models". She also published several essays related to the formation of investment funds.
