Mr. Wang Yue is a partner at Beijing Dachang Law Office, LLP (Guangzhou). He received his juris master's degree from Southwest University of Political Science & Law.

Mr. Wang has accumulated rich experience in the field of domestic and overseas equity investment and M&A, corporate governance, government public policy and state-owned assets supervision, competition and antitrust. He is specialized at handling complicated cress-border commercial transactions with his professional and cross-jurisdictional legal knowledge.Since practicing law, Mr. Wang has assisted a number of Chinese state-owned enterprises and/or listed companies in the implementation of their investments in Indonesia, Vietnam and other countries and/or regions, as well as assisted a number of domestic banks in drafting financing documents, issuing due diligence reports and legal opinions for their cross-border loan projects.

Mr. Wang has rich experience in dispute resolution. He has represented hundreds of civil and commercial litigation and arbitration matters, mainly covering financial and investment disputes, corporate governance, VAM agreement, construction projects and other related fields. He is able to help clients understand the potential risks and challenges of the proposed transactions and propose corresponding countermeasures based on his practical experience in litigation related to investment and financing.

Mr. Wang has many years of experience in serving state-owned enterprises. He is familiar with the supervision and management of state-owned assets, and has successively provided perennial legal counsel services and/or specialized legal services for investment, financing, and M&A for many large state-owned enterprises, including investment structure planning, corporate governance, drafting of legal documents, compliance review, etc.. He focuses on assisting clients to avoid potential legal risks based on the regulatory requirements of state-owned assets, as well as providing the most appropriate solutions in combination with corporate culture and legal requirements of investment destinations.
