Dacheng Boosts Jingweidi to Get Listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong

On January 12, 2024, WellCell Holdings Co., Limited (Stock Name: Jingweidi, Stock Code: 02477 .HK) was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

Jingwei Tiandi Holdings Co., Ltd.

Founded in 2003, Jingweitiandi is an all-round China Telecom network support and ICT (information and communications technology) integrated services provider and software developer. Its main business includes wireless telecom network optimization, and telecom network support services such as telecom network infrastructure maintenance and engineering services, ICT integrated services, and software development services relating to telecom networks. The major customers of Jingweitiandi are the telecommunication operators, telecommunication network equipment manufacturers, telecommunication network and technical service suppliers and the general contractors.

As the PRC legal counsel of the Sponsor, Dacheng Shenzhen Office has provided legal services for the entire process of this Project, including, without limitation, full onshore legal due diligence, interview of suppliers, customers and bankers, review of legal opinions and various legal documents necessary for this listing, review of the prospectus, assistance in responding to the PRC law issues raised in the feedback opinions from the SFC and/or the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, review of the relevant legal documents necessary for the overseas listing filing of domestic enterprises with the CSRC. By virtue of their rich experience, professional and efficient legal services and diligent practices in the field of offshore IPOs, the project team members eventually assisted Jing Weidi to successfully list on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
