Dacheng Assists Shunwei Shares in Acquiring Junwei Precision

On January 29, 2024, Guangdong Shunwei Precision Plastic Co., Ltd. (stock code: SZ. 002676, "Shunwei Shares" for short) convened the first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2024, deliberated and approved the acquisition of 75% of the equity of Jiangsu Junwei Precision Components Technology Co., Ltd. ("Junwei Precision") held by ACEWAY INDUSTRIES LIMITED at a price of 487.5 million yuan. This transaction involves business entities in many places, such as the Mainland China, Hong Kong and Mexico. The two general offices of Dacheng and Hong Kong worked closely to assist in the completion of the equity transaction.

Junwei Precision is a leading domestic enterprise in the segment of electronic automobile door locks and has been in the field of precision injection molding of electronic automobile door lock components for 20 years. Its annual average output and sales of precision injection supporting modules for electronic automobile door locks has reached more than 30 million sets, and can be equipped with approximately eight million cars coming off the production line. Based on the global automobile sales of 81.63 million in 2022, Junwei Precision will have a global market share of about 10%.
