Dacheng Assisting Chang'an Automobile Finance in Successfully Issuing the Financing of the First Phase of Individual Auto Mortgage Loan Asset- backed Securities in 2022

On June 21, 2022, Chang'an Automobile Finance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chang'an Automobile Finance") successfully issued the financing of the first phase of individual auto mortgage loan asset- backed securities in the interbank bond market.

The size of the issuance of the first phase of this long-term financing of the individual auto mortgage loan asset- backed securities in 2022 is 3.99 billion yuan, which are divided into priority asset- backed securities and secondary asset- backed securities. Guotai Junan acts as the leading lead underwriter of this project, Bank of China, China Citic Securities and China Merchants Securities as joint lead underwriters, Chongqing International Trust acts as trustee, and Dacheng is the legal counsel.

Mr. Wang Lihong, senior partner, and Mr. Wu Libei, senior partner, of the Beijing Headquarters of Dacheng, lead their asset securitization service team to provide whole-process quality legal services for the successful issuance of this issue of ABS by Chang'an Automobile Finance, including actively assisting Chang'an Automobile Finance and other intermediaries to complete the drafting of transaction documents for the issuance and related due diligence, and providing legal support for the project development and issues arising from the issuance.
