Dacheng assisted Jiacheng's international convertible bonds project in obtaining the approval by the CSRC

On July 25, 2022, Dacheng Law Offices, as the legal counsel for Guangzhou Jiacheng International Logistics Co., Ltd. (603535, hereinafter referred to as "Jiacheng International") in issuing convertible corporate bonds, assisted Jiacheng International's project of convertible bonds to obtain the approval by the CSRC.

Jiacheng International intends to issue convertible bonds of no more than 800 million yuan. The proceeds, after deduction of issuance expenses, are intended to be used for the construction of the project of "Smart Logistics Center for Cross-border E-commerce and Supporting Construction". The project intends to build an integrated smart logistics center covering the whole chain of cross-border e-commerce logistics, in order to provide one-stop services for e-commerce enterprises. Relying on its own warehousing resources and through its own advantages of large scale and intensification, it coordinates and integrates the logistics resources of various stages of cross-border e-commerce such as collection, warehousing, packaging and transportation, international transportation, final distribution and customs processing, which can effectively reduce the logistics costs of cross-border e-commerce while improving the overall service efficiency and quality, and directly addresses the pain points of the industry.
