Dentons named Poland Law Firm of the Year at Chambers Europe Awards 2020

Global law firm Dentons was named “Poland Law Firm of the Year” at the Chambers Europe Awards 2020. The award reflects the Firm’s leading position on the Polish market, and its high quality client work over the past year.

Over the last year, Dentons advised on many landmark transactions including the largest M&A transaction completed in Poland in 2019: the acquisition of DCT Gdańsk, Poland’s leading container facility. The Firm also advised Orbis, the largest hotel group in CEE, on the restructuring and sale of its service business, and HB Reavis on its €350 million financing - the largest construction loan in the history of the Polish real estate market.

In addition to the award for Poland, Dentons was also shortlisted for five other awards – namely law firm of the year in the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Russia, and Central and Eastern Europe. Balcıoğlu Selçuk Ardıyok Keki Attorney Partnership (BASEAK), the Istanbul-based law firm that cooperates with Dentons in Turkey, was shortlisted for Turkey Law Firm of the Year.

Chambers and Partners also named Dentons Poland Law Firm of the Year in 2017.
