Recently, Yunnan Metropolitan Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. successfully issued RMB1 billion medium-term notes (2018 series 1). China Development Bank was the lead underwriter, and China CITIC Bank Co., Ltd. served as the joint lead underwriter. The company was advised by a Dentons Kunming-based team, consisting of senior partner Zhu Chenyi and associates Yan Ma and Xiaoxi Li.
