Dacheng Attorneys Retained as Standing Legal Counsel for Two Guangdong-based Rural Commercial Banks

In December 2013 and February 2014 respectively, a team headed by senior partner Zhou Liang from Dacheng’s Guangzhou office was retained as standing legal counsel for Guangdong Huidong Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Boluo Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd.. The team would advise the two banks on corporate management, operation and governance. Attorney Zhou Liang had previously been retained as independent director of Guangdong Jiedong Rural Commercial Bank Co.,Ltd..
