Dacheng Changsha Attorneys Advise Kingdom Auto-Control Tech (Changsha) Co Ltd on NEEQ Listing

On January 24 2014, Kingdom Auto-Control Tech (Changsha) Co., Ltd.(stock code: 430592) was successfully launched on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations system and issued 3.7m shares to a specified group of investors.
 
Dacheng Changsha office acted as special legal counsel for Kingdom Auto-Control. The project was undertaken by a team made up of senior partner Jiang Guofu, who is also head of the office’s capital market practice, attorneys Zhou Yunren and Guo Sheng, paralegals Feng Lu and Wang Xiaopeng. They advised Kingdom Auto-Control on the listing as well as the stock issue.
