Dacheng Attorneys Advise China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group on SCPs Issue

Recently, Dacheng senior partner Liu Yan and attorney Qiao Xiaohua provided comprehensive legal counsel for China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group (“CECEP”) on its issuance of RMB2bn worth of super & short-term commercial papers (“SCPs”).
