Dacheng Attorneys Advise Sanyuan Breeding on PE Investment Deal

Recently, an investment of $114mln from Singapore-based Clarindale Investments Pte. Ltd. was injected into Beijing Sanyuan Breeding Technology Co., Ltd.. In so doing, a large animal husbandry joint venture engaged in the breeding of dairy cows and hogs was formed. Dacheng represented Sanyuan Breeding in the deal. The project was led by senior partner Yu Xugang and supported by attorneys Chen Yang and Long Zhifeng.
