On August 8, 2013, Shanghai Dongyan Machinery Co., Ltd (stock code: 430286, “Dongyan Gufen”) was listed on National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ). Dacheng attorneys conducted a due diligence investigation and advised on corporate restructuring and the listing.
