Dacheng Advises ATM VI Professional on Listing at National Equities Exchange and Quotations

On July 22, 2013, ATM VI Professional Co., Ltd. gained permission for listing at National Equities Exchange and Quotations from National Equities Exchange and Quotations Co., Ltd. A week later, ATM VI Professional was granted CSRC approval to transfer equity at NEEQ. Dacheng advised the company (ATM VI Professional, stock code: 430305) on listing at the national over-the-counter equity transfer system.
