On November 30, 2024, the Power-Nation IP Platform officially released the "2024 China IP & Antitrust Service Capability Watch List." Dacheng Law Offices, by virtue of its comprehensive strengths in the field of intellectual property and the outstanding performance of its legal professionals, has secured the first position in the overall rankings of "Top 30 China IP Domestic Law Firms." The Power-Nation Platform collected comprehensive information on law firms, agencies, and lawyers through its intellectual property and antitrust service capability research project, along with the top ten cases of each year published by the Supreme Court. Based on the materials provided by law firms, agencies, and lawyers, it compiled a preliminary list according to the standards for assessing intellectual property service capabilities. This initial list was then reviewed through a video evaluation conference, expert discussions, and inquiries following laws and regulations. Ultimately, this process determined the final 2024 rankings.
