A Promising New Year Await — 2025 New Year Address by Director Yuan Huazhi

Dear partners, friends, and colleagues,

The New Year's bell is about to ring, and 2025 is soon to begin. I would like to extend my sincere greetings and best wishes to you all on behalf of Dacheng Law Offices!

The year 2024 marks a crucial phase in achieving the goals and tasks of the "14th Five-Year Plan." As part of the journey toward Chinese modernization—a grand vision powered by the collective efforts of millions—the dedicated people of Dacheng are actively engaged.

This year, Dacheng people have shown vitality and resilience, and finally, we achieved great success. In June, the Partner Meeting was held with grandeur, attracting nearly 1,300 participants. This event further solidified our partnership spirit of "collaboration, co-creation, sharing, and co-prosperity."

This year, with a focus on professional construction, Dacheng people have emphasized human resources and integrated development. We leveraged high-quality, appropriately scaled, international, and digitalization to vigorously promote sustainable progress in operations, talent, culture, innovation, and ecology. This has facilitated the historic leap from merely being large to becoming truly strong—a long-held dream of the Dacheng people!

This year, Dacheng people have created a virtuous cycle among "talent, profession, and brand." Our strategies for high-level and diversified talent acquisition have injected fresh impetus into professional advancement and business development.
