Demonstrating exceptional expertise and client recognition in wealth management, Dacheng Law Offices maintained rankings in both Private Wealth Lawand Private Wealth Disputes practice areas. Mr. Naidong Ma serves as a Senior Partner at Dacheng Law Offices. Mr. Jun Zhang is a Senior Partner at Dacheng Law Offices and heads the firm's Family Office Business Center. He also serves as Director of the Chinese Family Power Research Center[u3] and Deputy Director of the Family Business Research Center[u4] at the School of Management, Jinan University.
Widely recognized in the field of family wealth management, Zhang focuses on providing legal services on family business governance and wealth management. His practice covers the design of family and business governance structures, domestic and overseas trust planning, enhancement of family legacy and value management, establishment and operation of family offices, comprehensive compliance and crisis resolution, as well as philanthropic trust and charity structure design. A former Chinese government scholarship recipient, Wang studied in the UK, specializing in trust law, cross-border wealth management, and taxation, earning a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with Distinction.
His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border wealth management and succession planning, equity trusts, offshore trusts, cross-border fund flows, tax compliance and dispute resolution, and philanthropic planning. He advises listed company controllers and ultra-high-net-worth individuals on sophisticated and innovative legal solutions. Wang has been invited to provide internal consultations to central and provincial government departments, deliver lectures at universities under the Double First-Class Initiative, and serve as a guest lecturer for major financial institutions' headquarters.
