The 10 practice areas include cross-border investment and M&A, international trade and maritime and admiralty law, overseas construction and infrastructure (including overseas industrial park construction), energy and resource development, IP and technology cooperation, finance and capital markets, non-performing assets and bankruptcy liquidation, compliance management and international sanctions, cross-border taxation and customs regulation, and cross-border dispute resolution.
