Dacheng has assisted the International Hydrogen Fuel Cell Association to pass the certification of the ISO 37301: 2021 compliance management system

Recently, by virtue of its rich experience and expertise in the field of compliance, Dacheng has successfully assisted the International Hydrogen Fuel Cell Association (IHFCA) to pass the certification of the ISO 37301: 2021 compliance management system.

The International Hydrogen Fuel Cell Association, officially incorporated in July 2022 and headquartered in Beijing, China, is an international organization sponsored and established by global well-known enterprises and organizations including the China Automotive Engineering Society, Phrygia Group, China Petrochemical Corporation, SAIC, Toyota Motor, Hyundai Motor, Anglo American, Honda, China Energy Group and Tsinghua University, which is dedicated to promoting the development and wide application of hydrogen energy and fuel cell technology in the world and helping to achieve the global goal of carbon neutrality.

In the process of promoting international cooperation and exploring sustainable development, the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (hereinafter referred to as the "NAFMII") has actively carried out the certification of the ISO37301: 2021 compliance management system, and Dacheng will provide certification tutoring service for the NAFMII, assist the NAFMII to identify internal risks and improve the compliance management mechanism thereof, in order to carry out better international strategic cooperation, set up a high-level international academic exchange and cooperation platform, increase the trust between members and partners and establish an effective communication mechanism, and comprehensively enhance the internationalization degree and level of the compliance management of the NAFMII. Dacheng's legal team adopts the PDCA concepts of Plan, Do, Check and Act, with the principle of compliance governance, fully covers the whole process of the establishment, operation, maintenance and improvement of the compliance management system of the Association. Starting from four key compliance areas for industry associations, i.e. overall compliance, anti-monopoly, anti- commercial bribery and data security, Dacheng identifies compliance obligations that may be involved in the process of business operation of the Association, investigates and extracts compliance risk points, and conducts compliance evaluation and rectification. According to compliance risks at different levels, Dacheng sets corresponding compliance management measures and control nodes, builds a compliance management system conforming to the certification standards of the ISO 37301: 2021 compliance management system, and timely analyzes and evaluates the effect of the compliance management system in actual operation, so as to continuously optimise and improve the compliance management system and finally achieve the goal of smoothly passing and maintaining the certification of the ISO 37301: 2021 compliance management system.
